Registration Options | What is Included
Full Event: Fee is all-inclusive for all conference sessions and evening OSIA events.
One Day Only: Fee covers conference session & evening event for one day only Thursday.
Evening Social Event Only: Fee covers reception, dinner and evening entertainment for adult guest of conference attendee.

Register before May 15 and receive a $50 coupon to be applied towards the registration to the 2021 Education Day. Look for coupon in your confirmation email.

Registrants/Payments must be received or postmarked by June 7, 2020. Fees for registrations received or postmarked after June 7, 2020 will increase by $50.00.

Who Should Attend
Workers’ Compensation, Disability Management, Human Resource, Risk Management and Health & Safety Professionals, Attorneys, Brokers and Consultants, Third Party Administrators, Nurses, Occupational Clinic Professionals, Claims and Case Managers, Vocational and Rehabilitation Specialists, Medical and Pharmacy Management, Software Specialists and Investigators.
Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive emailed confirmations/receipts of registration once processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact OLSI before the annual conference to guarantee receipt of your registration.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to or on Wednesday, June 3 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after June 3 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to OSIA and received by June 15. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after June 15 because committed funds and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.
Substitutions from within the same organization are permitted at no additional cost if received by June 3. After June 3, substitutions are $50. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed online registration form.
If OSIA cannot hold the annual conference due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. OSIA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the annual conference.
